It happens about this time every single year. I look through my wardrobe and have a mini meltdown over my lack of winter clothing.
All my basics are pretty wrecked from wearing them repeatedly the year before and all I can see are some pilled long-sleeve tee's and some well-worn knits.
I picked up a few things when I was in Sydney a few weeks ago but I definitely have plenty more items on my wish list.
Low slung pants are my 'go to' pant right now. They're super comfortable but still look smart when paired with ankle boots or heels.
One of my fave fashion bloggers Kaitlyn Ham from the blog Modern Legacy always looks cool in these pants(in pretty much everything actually!) The black and white Basikke 'Low Slung' pants, seen on Kaitlyn above, are on my wish list. There are also some great options at Moochi.
A recent Instagram shot of me in my budget friendly Cotton On Low Slungs. Similar clutches available from MintSix here.
A great pair of ankle boots, black sneaks and my trusty white leather converse & that's me set for the winter months.
Here's an Instagram shot of me sporting my fave cons although I think the MintSix Tan Pouffe steals the show! New stock has just arrived.
I have a good few pairs of ankle boots, so can't really justify another pair (unfortunately) however if I was purchasing anytime soon a pair of grey suede boots would be at the top of my list.
I love a good knit, the slouchier the better. Country Road & Witchery have a few goodies at the moment, but for well priced knits, Asos can't be beaten. A couple of Asos options for under $50 below.
